Speed Animation/Timelapse Barricade
Sped up animation rigging of a zombie reaching through a barricaded window.
Building (and destroying) barricades is a major part of Cold Comfort.
The Survivors have an unlimited number of barricades able to be placed on windows or doors to prevent the Gamma Prime (and normal zombies) from having a line of sight, and slowing down their progression. Barricades can be easily identified as they are wooden boards.
Normal barricades can easily be destroyed (by both teams) with a special attack or with three melee hits.
Since they break the Gamma Prime’s line of sight, it is recommended to place them all around the objective if possible, which will also slow them down and reveal their location upon hearing a barricade being destroyed. It is also viable to place them around popular breach points that will ultimately allow the Gamma Prime easier access to the objective if not done otherwise. Doing this away from the objective may also confuse Gamma Prime controlling rats during the preparation phase as to the objectives true location if it is not already known. It is advised to not place barricades between Survivors or objectives in adjacent rooms as it will slow Survivor movement in the area and make it harder to provide support to teammates.
Knox features the unique ability to place three reinforced barricades which are extremely resistant and takes between 12-20 melee hits to destroy.
In addition to the barricades, Cold Comfort features a variety of traps, both for the Survivors as well as the Gamma Prime, more info can be found here.

Speed Modeling/Timelapse Revolver
10x speed version of modeling a revolver from start to finish using Blender and Substance Painter. The REVOLVER is just one of the many firearms that you’ll be able to use in the game.

3D Model: Insane
The effects of the Gamma Strain Mutation can vary from case to case. Subjects are stimulus-response creatures that seek flesh, implying that the pathogen has acted to re-animate the existing neural pathways and motor functions in some way. The sensory systems that are re-activated are capable of distinguishing four key elements: flesh vs non-flesh; species, infected vs uninfected. The virus does not create any new systems, but merely hijacks existing ones.
All case studies have shown that contracting the Gamma Strain Mutation (GSM) is terminal. It is presumed, in theory, that the hijacking process can be slowed or even halted with proper medical treatment, although no case studies have been linked to verifiable proof. Vyal Pharmaceuticals is currently working on an antidote for the GSM in their research facility in Upstate New York.
It is assumed that the infection of the medulla oblogata, where most automatic processes are regulated, is what results in cario-pulmonary death, followed shortly by brain-death. Reports vary on re-animation time, from between 5 minutes up to an hour, after brain-death, the medulla is then fully hijacked by the pathogen.

Concept Art: Angers
Angers Corrections Facility also know as “The Château”was established in 1852 and is the oldest prison in the state of Louisiana. The prison complex sits on Point Angers, which comprises 432 acres (1.75 km2) on the north side of Angers Bay.
Vyal Pharmaceuticals established a remote clinical testing facility under the auspices of the Louisiana Attorney General in January 2022. A number of inmates volunteered* for experimental clinical drug trials whose purpose was to combat the effects of the Gamma Strain epidemic; things however did not go as planned.
The very talented Helge C. Balzer did the concept art.
